JAYO sent over three more PLA materials for the full EO3D Labs testing process: PLA+ 2.0, Silk PLA+, and High Speed Marble PLA.
In this video, I put all three materials through the same standardized testing used throughout the EO3D Labs material database, including tensile strength, layer adhesion, impact resistance, temperature performance, and other real-world mechanical testing.
These materials are designed for very different applications. PLA+ 2.0 is positioned as an upgraded general-purpose PLA, Silk PLA+ focuses on appearance while still carrying the PLA+ name, and High Speed Marble PLA combines a stone-like finish with faster printing capabilities.
The question is whether their actual test results match the names on the boxes—and where each material makes the most sense to use.

The EO3D Labs testing process is designed to provide repeatable, comparative data under controlled conditions. These tests are not ASTM- or ISO-certified and should not be treated as engineering specifications.
No marketing fluff. No “it feels strong.” Just real testing and measurable results.
