The wolf that opposed Roman's views was Rebel (also known as Shade), and she belongs to tumblr user frerardhateblog. The cat that was friends with Roman is Alibi (or Ali), and she belongs to me.-----{STORY} Roman was a mutt that dreamed of becoming royal. She wanted to be respected and seen as something more than a dog on the streets. She fought her way to the throne, but was soon the leader of the land. She treated her people well enough, but those who opposed her views were not given an easy ride. Rebel was a childhood friend of hers; she'd give her food and water and a bed to sleep in. As Roman's dreams grew more bold, Rebel was growing sick of the meaningless blabber filling Roman's head. She had always taught the mutt to be equal to all, and that if there was kindness and acceptance in the world, there would be no more war. Roman didn't listen. Years after working her way up to the highest peak, she met a young cat. This cat was filled with youth and joy and gave something Roman thought she had lost: Hope. The kitten, named Alibi (Ali for short), obeyed Roman's every command. (Though sometimes not without hesitation). One day, Rebel decided to pay Roman a visit and wipe clean the slate of lies she had been feeding her starving people. Alibi was convinced, and opted to go back with Rebel.
