Coon Hill alpine touring Wanderlust073 2020-01-27 | A few laps below Coon Hill in Colorado. Flat light for most of the day making it very difficult to see the terrain, but slopes mostly 30 degrees or less so nothing crazy really. Saw a small natural slide triggered under some tracks by people up on a 35+ slope.Still learning a lot about backcountry touring, route planning, not getting bucked off in variable conditions (as seen here, lol), skiing deep powder - so much to learn. A great saturday in the mountains!
