Casey's original work ‘It's All About You’ won first prize in the Release the Song category of Guildhall Young Artists (GYA) composition competition, RELEASE 2024.
Casey, from GYA Online, says: "I really like the RELEASE competition - I think it gives young composers the chance to get their work listened to and evaluated by professional composers. I also like that there are different categories rather than just one style like some other competitions."
The category judge for Release the Song was composer and songwriter Pippa Cleary.
