So I've decided to self produce my first ever music video, a cover of "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars, using my cheap HD flip cam! The lenses are cracked, as you can tell since the video has some white glares. When shooting, most scenes were done by myself with no help, which meant I couldn't get the best angles. I also didn't have a video program software, so I just used Windows Movie Maker, which is an older program that comes with the PC. My editing skills were near awful lol! I used garage band and a cheap USB condenser mic to record the audio! And yes the instrumental is a different key because I can't reach Bruno Mars vocals lol! But yeah, as you can tell by this description, I went very cheap, and there were tons of mess ups, but I did what I could lol! I surely plan to invest in a better camera, computer, and software to make better videos! Totally a learning process! :)
Huge shout out goes to the beautiful Cece Hicks, whom I was thankful enough to have, and for her to be the girl in my video! She was wonderful to work with! :)
Anyway, thanks so much for tuning in and watching my cheaply made video! I've really been in the music video making mood, and am planning to write more originals, and release more music videos to you all! And of course, with that, I would love to release an album someday! But yeah, thanks for watching! Please share with family and friends! Thanks! :)
