Bitcoin trade setup with a 12 to 1 risk to reward ratio is forming right now and here is how I plan to trade it.
Bitcoin is at a critical support level with bullish divergences and multiple entry triggers available. If support holds you have two options with this setup. A 3 to 1 risk to reward on the swing trade, with a wider invalidation or a up to 12 to 1 on the intraday trader with a tighter invalidation but with much larger profit potential. Target is a move towards a range high.
If this support is lost new lows towards $55,000 to $58,000 become the preferred scenario before looking for a new long trade.
