Through The Barricades by Spandau Ballet - a piano cover, arranged and performed by Neil Archer. This song is just brilliantly put together and although I did a solo piano cover version of this song a few years ago, there's something about adding a MIDI backing track that just adds another layer of depth to it and it amazes me how true to the original song my arrangement is.

Released as the title track of the same-named album in 1986, this song just has everything. I am playing this in the original key of G Major and I'm incorporating as much of the guitar as possible while also handling the melody.... and of course, the saxophone solos from Steve Norman are in here too. All learned by ear, working out the notes, riffs and chords... what a terrific song this is and this piano cover is over 8 minutes long! If you have a good pair of headphones, put them on. Of course, you have the overhead shot on the keys so if you can't read music you can follow the notes!
