What is the Assault class actually supposed to do in Battlefield 6?
After discussing whether modern Battlefield players care more about progression than winning, it got me thinking about something else: What are the classes actually supposed to do?
In this first video of a new series, I play an entire match using only the Assault class while trying to perform the role as Battlefield describes it. Instead of chasing kill streaks or farming XP, the focus is on pushing objectives, creating momentum, and opening the way for the rest of the team.
Is Assault simply the "kill class," or is there a bigger purpose behind the role?
This isn't a loadout guide or a meta breakdown. It's a discussion about Battlefield's class system, teamwork, objective play, and what makes Battlefield different from other shooters.
