With more than 20 years of experience working with people living with chronic pain, Alison brings together mindfulness teaching, modern pain science, neuroscience and traditional philosophy. Her one-to-one sessions and group mindfulness courses use meditation, practical exercises, stories and poetry to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
