I don't speak Chinese so I won't be any help for lyrics or such... This is the Mandarin (aka Putonghua) version from Mainland China. It's sung by 胡维纳/Wiener Hu (I don't know who the speaking voice is). She was also Giselle and she sang in Bolt.
