NIAD artist Raven Harper, a Black woman wearing a red and white knit beanie with a pom pom on top and a black t-shirt, walks through NIAD's art studios and galleries. She points out different aspects of a large quilt mounted on a wall featuring Tupac Shakur's face surrounded by organic floral shapes. Footage of her speaking to the camera alternates with voiceovers and close-ups of her work. Raven stands in the studio next to former NIAD staff Alice Wu, an Asian American woman wearing a mask and a black puffer jacket, and NIAD facilitator Jovi Vidal, a non-binary person wearing an embroidered dress and hair clips and a black mask, as Jovi describes Raven's work.
