(KUTV) The dream of having a carousel in his front yard came true for a man after being diagnosed with bone cancer.
The full-size carousel is sitting out in the farm land of Cache County.
Vean Woodbrey, or "Woody" as he's known, started constructing a 1930s Allan Herschell carousel seven years ago.
