After watching @shakma65 (Number6567) vs Вася Огрин replay in TheLaughingMax's invitational youtube.com/watch?v=J17xH8o6eH4 , I figured it was time to try the Dynasties for the Necron, as I have mostly stuck with Necron Lord in the past with Phylactery, Lightning Field, Phase Shifter.
I mimicked Number's Sautekh Dynasty for Imotekh and the Lychguard.
Before reading the tooltip, I used Imotekh's ability on a group of Noise Marines, but after a brief look at the tooltip, it is more suited for wrecking buildings. Number does this to great effect in the match.

The Breaker Incendiary is still the king of the semi-automatic shotties in Helldivers 2. The breaker does have more ballistic damage, but lags in durable damage. This means that for enemies that have low durability, it does more damage than the breaker incendiary. However, most enemies with low durability have a low main HP, meaning that the extra damage is wasted overkill. The breaker incendiary still outperforms the breaker here because that is assuming a perfect hit. With imperfect (read: real world) scenarios, the breaker incendiary will outperform the breaker because it will still ignite the enemy, dealing 300 damage to main HP, which is more than enough to kill these enemies. On durable body parts (greater than 62.5%), the breaker incendiarys 120 durable damage will outperform the breakers much lower 66 durable damage.
As for the Spray and Pray - it has the same ballistic damage as the breaker incendiary, but much lower durable. It DOES have A LOT more ammunition than the breaker incendiary, but that does not make up for the main HP damage from the fire DoT. Additionally, the fire DoT allows you to more rapidly change targets, improving over damage output and average enemy TTKs, especially when in a target rich environment.
While the cookout does have more ballistic damage, it lags behind the breaker in durable damage and fire rate, and also has lower total ammunition.
