Matthew Wright speaks to international affairs expert Owen Bennett Jones, who fears the killing will continue for 'another year at least'.
Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has described a Hezbollah drone attack on his house as an 'assassination attempt' and a 'grave mistake'. Though no casualties resulted from the attack, dozens are reported dead in ensuing strikes on refugee camps in Gaza.
Netanyahu insists the drone attack "will not deter me or the State of Israel from continuing our just war against our enemies in order to secure our future."
"I say to Iran and its proxies in its axis of evil: Anyone who tries to harm Israel’s citizens will pay a heavy price. We will continue to eliminate the terrorists and those who dispatch them."
"We will bring our hostages home from Gaza. And we will return our citizens who live on our Northern border safely to their homes."

No casualties were reported following the strike.
It comes as Israel's war with Lebanon's Hezbollah group - a Hamas ally backed by Iran - has intensified in recent weeks.
Hezbollah said on Friday that it planned to launch a new phase of fighting by sending more guided missiles and exploding drones into Israel.
Also on Saturday, at least 33 people have been killed in an Israeli strike on a refugee camp in Gaza - including women and children.
The death toll from the airstrike in Jabalia is expected to rise as people remain trapped in rubble.
Women and children are among those who have died, according to Palestinian news agency WAFA.
Meanwhile, around 85 people are believed to have been injured. Israel is yet to comment on the incident.

His childhood dream of becoming an actor was ‘crushed’ by his father, who couldn’t afford to support his acting career after his brother was accepted to RADA. David spent years as an electrician, whilst learning his craft in amateur theatre. The letter, coordinated by the Labour Muslim Network and signed by 114 elected councillors, cited "clear violations of international humanitarian law" by Israel.

According to sources close to the project, Ministers have re-evaluated the cost-benefit of HS2 and concluded the line should continue beyond Birmingham.
It would reverse a decision made by the then-Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at his party's conference last year.
The route was originally scheduled to connect London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, but was scaled back by the previous Conservative government who scrapped 'Phase 2’.
Phase 2a was to connect the West Midlands to Crewe, whilst ‘Phase 2b’ was from Crewe to Manchester.
LBC understands that Sir Keir Starmer is preparing to reverse the change to 'Phase 2a', as the route already has parliamentary approval - meaning the line will run from the capital beyond Birmingham to Crewe.
Insiders have told LBC that the Prime Minister held private discussions on the matter at last month's Labour Party conference and that the government had been planning to make a formal announcement in the new year.

The German, who has also previously managed Paris St Germain, becomes only the third non-Englishman to hold the post after Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello.
Labelling it an "honour", the German manager explained taking up the role ahead of England's 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign is a "huge privilege".
Gareth Southgate's successor had been in talks with the FA in recent weeks, with the decision to recruit Tuchel approved by the FA Board early last week according to reports.
Tuchel will be assisted by English coach Anthony Barry, who is currently the assistant manager for the Portugal national team under Roberto Martínez.
Apologising to fans who want an English coach managing the nation, he said: "I am sorry that I have a German passport.
"All of these supporters felt my passion for the Premier League and the country. I loved to live here.
"Hopefully I can show them that I am proud to be the English manager and I will do everything to show respect to this job and this country."
