yooooo,

i'm gonna take a break from posting daily on this channel for a while, i'll still be posting shorts daily on hightop's studio if you wanna follow me over there

I might've told you some of this before, but when i first started making beats i was an obsessed perfectionist, but i didn't know how to harness that to be prolific and actualy make more than one song every 9 months - go listen to still stepping by hightop for an example of me back then

i decided that it wasn't enough for me, so i decided to challenge myself to post regularly with two week tracks that i did with tapehead, and posting music consistently on this channel.

I created this channel really to have something that was seperate from my personal identity, i felt like since this stuff was far from perfect, i didn't want people to know that i was posting it because they might think that I thought it was my best work!

and because of that, eventually I feel like i got a bit complacent with it, it's been so long since i tried to make something perfect that i don't know if i know how to do it anymore! but after having done this for 122 days, i feel like now is the time for me to take a break reorganise and come back prepared

I wanna make this channel something that i'm proud to put myself behind and promote, but i've got alot of work to do to make that happen, so bare with me while i figure that out
