It is definitely a bit nerve wracking to go solo canoe camping. It is always worth it. When friends and family are busy or unable to join in, I still go. If I didn't go solo camping I would miss out on so much. There is something special about spending time alone in the wild.
I camp and hike in and around the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. I'm also building and enjoying an off- grid cabin in the woods with my partner Cory and the kiddos Nora and Ethan! I love sharing the journey with you!
