There's 1 coin I missed in this demo, and about 12 extra coins that you could easily get without losing much time.
This should be a fast combination in 65 star, where you don't have the cap switches nor time to unlock the act-specific red coin star, but it doesn't seem fast enough to replace 100+reds in the 115/182 star route.

Turned out I had time for roughly 2:40 hours of streaming, so I decided to run both parts of Star Revenge 2 on the latest remakes.

The goomba positions for this route appear to be unrealistic, however Ive later tested a different set of 4 goomba clones that I believe are likely achievable. Sadly, I havent gotten around to recording a TAS file of the 4 goomba idea yet (Id have to redo it from scratch).
The current record by Plush (https://youtu.be/SebEm9ZRFww ) used 20 goomba clones: 17 clones to scale the tower, 1 to collect a different red coin, and 2 more to collect the star.
This video seeks to reduce that count to 4 goombas: 3 clones to scale the tower and 1 for the other red coin.
The last 2 clones can be skipped for free with a slidekick (the momentum from the goomba bridge is not required). As for the bridge itself, heres how the goomba clones would work:
- The third goomba clone would be thrown from a remote HOLP using BCA (behind camera anywhere). The corresponding HOLP can easily be set in Chuckya Harbor, adding maybe 15 seconds onto the coin star there.
- The first two goomba clones might be achievable using transport cloning, i.e. throwing a goomba clone right as another goomba walks into it. Im not sure how well the geometry works out, but if we cant get these exact positions to reach the tower in 3 goomba bounces, we may still be able to do it in 4 or 5.
