Yes, they call her a bitch... but in actuality it wouldn't be quite so insulting. Zicky isn't a real word, however zickig means bitchy (there are no words that rhyme with Vicky in German). It wouldn't carry quite so much weight. Sort of like a euphemism but not really. The German version is WAY meaner in general though. I didn't translate the speaking parts, hope you don't mind.
