Nothing really changed from the written rotation after the patch, just did not really grind it that much.I did change one important thing tho: I switched the torment sigil from mace/axe to sb and the earth sigil from sb to mace/axe. Thisway you have torment on the set you are longer and also get bleeding on your mace/axe set to proc fractal relic.
