It’s disco powered by glittery synths, drum machines and dramatic, catchy melodies. Think lovesick lyrics, spacey vibes, and a touch of Euro-glam that’s impossible to take seriously — but even harder to resist! From a musical perspective, it’s a really interesting genre, blending elements of disco, new wave and early electronic music, and using sounds that later have started to have retro appeal.For this weekend’s challenge, make an Italo disco inspired jam. It was an honour to produce this little video for him. Hostipal is a Dublin based Electronic Music and Visual artist with a diverse range of style.
