[Black MIDI] Paper Lily Chapter 1 OST: 24 - Crawk ~ Theme of Lacie / PopoTheGamer

PopoTheBlacker 2024-05-13 | Another Black MIDI made by me! again. This is a Black MIDI version of the Theme of Lacie from Paper Lily - Chapter 1 developed by Leef 6010, and this music is composed by Crawk. This is probably the greatest MIDI with even better audio I've ever created since I upgraded my style.

Since I've played and finished that game before, It's crossed my mind to make a Black MIDI version of it (and also a good start to change my style making it). So I've decided to start with the "Theme of Lacie" and "A Witch's Wall" later. The creation part is quite trickier since it's 3/4 and I'm not too used to it for many cases. But well it's only my mind limiting it anyway.

This MIDI is also the representation using a new style that focuses on CC Events, which can result in more enhanced audio than the previous MIDI I've produced. This does include fake strings and some more. The style is quite inspired by Lyzen's Piano style of blacking in some of his MIDIs. The audio of the funnel doesn't get bigger and harsher. Instead, I made it doesn't rekt the music and apply CC stuff (thanks Lyzen for guiding me on how to) to do it. For the art, I decided to make it simple and decent because the vibe of the music itself isn't quite aggressive. To make the violin sound by using piano, I'm playing with tremolo and some velocity stuff and tricks to make it not ruining another voices.

For the video background, I asked Leef 6010 via email to request permission to use pictures from the Supporter Pack (Cutscene Art Folder). Because it's alright and I gained permission as long as I'm using cutscene art, I start using it. I can use the whole cutscene art in the Lacie part, but since it would result as *not* a spoiler-free video and not gonna do it. I decided to use only 2 frames which only have Lacie sitting there in black and white. Also, I'm adding quotes in the intro starting now.

Some innacuracy: 1:36 note visual (specifically chords part) isn't accurate with the sounds, since I've fixed the audio to make it looks like the original music after I recorded it in Piano From Above. But since it's different by one octaves, it's shouldn't be any big problem.

PopoTheBlacker 2024-05-04 | Another Black MIDI made by me!. This is a Black MIDI version of the music called World End Valentine from the game called Omori, which used in Sweetheart battle. I made this MIDI with kind of brutal arts and sounds since it's sounds fit and same as how brutal does she fight me when in game lmao.

This is also the remastered version of my MIDI since the older one use bad technique which end up worse and haunts me everywhere although I privated it. But well that's how internet checkpoints works. This video is spoiler free from the game, so you can enjoy it!.

This MIDI took almost a month to do. The arts also inspired from other MIDI such as The Nuker and The Black Bomb. I have to redo the audio from scratch, but also with the guide of previous old MIDI.

[Black MIDI] Ramadan & Eid Fitr Medley 2024 Final / Ardi Hacker, Lyzens Piano, RaySquareMid & more

PopoTheBlacker 2024-04-11 | Happy late Eid for muslims out there, sorry for delayed upload. Since Ardi requested me to upload it quite late time, but that's okay. This is the Final version of REFM (Ramadan & Eid Fitr Medley) for this year (2024), has 20 million notes and has been no lag entirely in PFA.

This medley consist 17 islamic songs which mostly from Indonesia and other country. This medley also has length of 14 and 45 minutes, in line with the current Islamic year.

Because this MIDI focused also in the polyphony, the speed used for nolagging this is 8-800x slower. For the audio, I modified the original audio into at least quite bit better than the original one (also to avoid some earrapes as I could possibly done and polishing it quite bit).

The comparison about this MIDI will be real and start be hosted **in 1-3 days after this MIDI being public to everyone** since this is remain for semi-private for a while. This is also counts my real life situation now, which sometimes busy and sometimes not.

[Ramadan Special] Opick - Tombo Ati / Lyzens Piano (U19) / Grand Soundfont Ensemble (With Subtitle)

PopoTheBlacker 2024-03-12 | Happy Ramadan!, this is a special video dedicated for this event now.
Also this is probably the second video of my birthday special, because ramadan started here at the exact day on my birthday lul.

This is an high-quality made video by me, as this is a special day for me and other's I guess. I spent many times to make this high-quality as possible. This is an soundfont ensemble, which it is a couple of legit runs of the same MIDI, but on different soundfont, which combined to single comparison to achieve the perfect and great melody of combined soundfont audio.

Tombo Ati is a Indonesian Islamic Music composed by Opick that means like in order to heal our hearts. This is somehow became my favorite islamic music because how calm it is.

I also created bunch of subtitles in Indonesian, English, and Simplified Chinese for more further to the music (Although Simplified Chinese is translated using DeepL, due of my lack of languages. Sorry if there's bad or error translation)

This is an 256 keys microtonal version of Nighthawk22 - Isolation. FOCUS'd on this since February.

I also used ZionBD MIDI & M. D. Amro SFX of this MIDI (128 Keys which it's in the previous video) for the refererences. That's why it's probably sounds similiar to it. I also took some art references from The Nuker 4 and Reptilian Dark Ritual.

This is probably the first project that I've done in 256 keys (and also microtonal).

Bounce Tales (Bonus Music) - 9.54 Million Notes ~ 16 Way Comparison

PopoTheBlacker 2023-10-01 | Another comparison hosted by me. It's 16 way of Bounce Tales (Bonus Theme) which having 9.5 Million Notes in it. Im implementing the fake surround a little bit, and reducing the sound for no earrape. Audio output is in 5.1 channel and video is in 4K60 16:9 since there's no notecount on it. I also make it as high quality comparison, and added speedup for no wasting time watching whole of it.

It was been purposely hosted for possible 2 years special anniversary of my YouTube channel. But because reservation exist, it just delayed because people reserving but never submitted (and also shortage of runs but it doesn't affect at much at all). That's why there's no 2 years anniversary of my channel, but you can said this is 2 years late anniversary though. It would be nice and good to use it if you're request for a reservation because you have no time but you wanted to join a comparison so you can make an submit it immediately after you no longer busy. But well i will not using reservation system anymore in the future comparison.

This video took pains to do, since my laptop keep crashing while renderring, which make me forced to use both video editor to make this video. Also, im using multichannel audio for implementing the higher quality as better as possible.

[Black MIDI] ブルーアーカイブ Blue Archive OST 7. Unwelcome School - 39.7 Million Notes

PopoTheBlacker 2023-06-21 | Another Black MIDI by me, thank god it wasn't a Gray MIDI now. This is a blacked version of Unwelcome School from Blue Archive.

It took me arround ~15.5h to make this MIDI since making the arts sounds quite bit harder this time. I make the audio quite good also for better. For some reason, it was intended to be targetted as ~11-15 million, but since i probably overdid it, it end into 39 million and 200k polyphony crash.

Overall, i think it's pretty great tho since i've been working pretty hard on it. But well, some art are inspired from other Black MIDI because i found it will be good if i added it.

The Nuker 4 U8 Final Remake (Black MIDI / Impossible Remix)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-06-03 | Another video again, this time this is a remake of The Nuker 4 which it's the U8 version.

Since there's many people remaking The Nuker 4, i decided to give it a try but U8. TN4 U8 for me is sounds more nicer than Final 1, that's why i remaking it. I also remaking the whole art (thx Dusty for giving me perms to let me use the swirl used in his TN4 F1 Audio Remake). Instead of remaking audio only, i decided to remake the whole thing including the art. It's also challenging since im only remaking it using the reuploaded TN4 U8 video by BMIDIRavager which it's in 720p low bitrate (and that's only thing that i could see about it), which making it bit more challenging to remake.

Btw im creditting Ardi Hacker BMI and milki5100 too since they're involved in TN4 F1 Audio Remake by them, which might make sense if they're working on LBSFS part, that's why im giving them credit.

In all rating about the remake, this remake looks 99.25% probs similiar to the original.

Axley ~ The Quarantine Project - 67 Million Notes (Black MIDI / Impossible Remix)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-06-01 | Hey, it's been like few days that i haven't been uploading, due of failed gaming content and more busy stuff. But that's okay as long as i can keep uploading now. Im doing some of Black MIDI / Impossible Remix project that might be released in the future, so subscribe if you want to see it.

The Quarantine Project is a sequel made by Axley (Formerly known as PianoDude8918). It was having a two MIDI which it's the first and second version of the MIDI. This version of the project was started in May 13th, 2020 and been released in June 17th, 2020.

Since i have no time in the future, i have to do PFA Modded to make it possible since im busy with stuff and had planned to break for some days though. But i managed to make the audio quite better by using MIDINoteThreshold to make the audio possible.

This Black MIDI is being my favorite Black MIDI or Composition that been made since the good amount of the notes are same as the quality of the MIDI itself and the melody are very good.

[Black MIDI / Medley] Ramadan & Eid Medley - Final 2 (30.3 Million Notes)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-05-14 | Well guess what, i have new intro now!.

Ramadan & Eid Medley (Originally as Ramadan Medley) is a medley made by Ramadan Team (Ardi Hacker, Lyzen's Piano, VGBMP, Haikal, RaySquareMIDI and Milki5100). This medley started in the first day of Ramadan and supposed to be Final in Eid Al Fitr (in Indonesian Western Time), but since it's still worked on Eid day too, it changed the name as Ramadan & Eid Medley. This medley contain mostly Islamic Music (I think Most of the music from Indonesia but well that's okay to keep in the theme.

Due of Pon's MIDI accusing the stolen art / unoriginality at some part, the team forced to make Final 2 which replacing the likely swirls and circle arts that looks similiar to HDSQ MIDI. It also looks that they're nerfing the crash little bit but well ok then.

[Black MIDI / Gray] Masdito Baschitar - A Wish for the Unbound (32.5K Notes!)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-05-07 | Another Black MIDI created by me, which probably Gray MIDI i guess.
Since last Within The Dream video having over 1.5K views and 87 likes, i decided to make other music from that game again, but this time im making A Wish for the Unbound. I wanted to put arts in it since it looks fit when 9KX2 styled, but i changed my mind and not putting it to avoid people thinking it's unoriginal. But at least there's some 9KX2 references that i put there though.

A Wish for the Unbound is a BGM music made by Masdito Bachitar that used in the final boss fight on the A Space for The Unbound. A Space for the Unbound was released back in January 19, 2023 by Mojiken Studio and Toge Production which it's an game that having story about two high school sweethearts set at the end of their school days and also the end of the world.

This MIDI took ~11 hours to make and the project started since April, 30st 2022. And this is the 3rd attempt making this because the older attempt has failed, but since i still have motivation to do it, i attempting it again and this is the final result. Im using PianoTrans and AnthemScore as AI Transcriber to help me transcribing it since i can't transcribe many parts.

[Black MIDI / Medley] Ramadan & Eid Medley Final - 30.3 Million Notes (PFA No Lag)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-04-27 | Finally, i uploaded an PFA No Lag after 8 months.
This time im nolagging a MIDI, which having 30.3 million notes. Im slowing the PFA using OmniMIDI speedhack now, which i slowed it into 8x slower and 800x slower (Final Crash).

Ramadan & Eid Medley (Originally as Ramadan Medley) is a medley made by Ramadan Team (Ardi Hacker, Lyzen's Piano, VGBMP, Haikal, RaySquareMIDI and Milki5100). This medley started in the first day of Ramadan and supposed to be Final in Eid Al Fitr (in Indonesian Western Time), but since it's still worked on Eid day too, it changed the name as Ramadan & Eid Medley. This medley contain mostly Islamic Music (I think Most of the music from Indonesia but well that's okay to keep in the theme.

[Spam MIDI] Ghidorah - Toilet Story 3 ~ 224 Million Notes (8K60fps)

PopoTheBlacker 2023-03-28 | This is revamp of the older Toilet Story 3 Render, which it's now in 8K60!. This video will replacing the older Toilet Story 3 render that i have been done it using QQS. Now im rendering it in Zenith with 8K resolution. Video inspired from paprika one (about Seizure Warning at start). Now i also added art sounds for good.

This MIDI was supposed to be PFA Nolag project before. But due of interuptions, i have to cancel loading it after waitting almost 3 days.
