Snow Fashioned:
Boil some Maple Syrup until it reached 240° on a candy thermometer
Build in glass over fresh snow (or crushed ice)
Spoon some Maple Syrup onto crushed ice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Canadian Rye Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Bacon (Optional)
Stir and drink
