The last Sonic game to come out on Sega's own hardware, a true swansong signalling the end of an era. Sonic Adventure 2 is intrinsically tied to the death of the Dreamcast and will always have historical significance but beyond that, is the game actually any good?


Many people hold SA2 up as their absolute favourite Sonic game but, if I'm completely honest, I can't agree with that. Going into this review, I assumed the verdict would be positive, after all, I remember loving this game as a kid, but I had a surprisingly frustrating experience that left an overall sour taste.
