In the middle of a heatwave, I end up at Dot's Cafe, at the Farmer's Mart just outside Darlington and end up having a Christmas Roast Dinner with all the trimmings, turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce! Things did not go to plan but that dinner was an absolute beauty - Happy Charismas :o)
