Hi Friends,

Welcome or welcome back to another vlog!
In this vlog, follow me around to my hospital appointment and at home during lockdown starting my new health kick. After going to the hospital, I kinda realised I'm not 17 anymore (I knew I wasn't 17, but I still feel young) and I can't just eat how I want and expect my body to take it. I'm 30 this year and I've got to start taking better care of myself. RANT OVER :)
