“DC Fast Charging Unavailable. Service Required.”
It disappeared after a few seconds, but I wanted to understand what happened — so I went into Tesla's secret service menu to check it out myself.

DC charging is unavailable because the charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) has detected that the high voltage (HV) back cover and/or CP AC charging connector are not present on the back of the CP inlet.
Set Condition:
The CP ECU detects the HV back cover and/or charge port AC charging connector are not present.
Clear Condition:
The CP ECU detects the HV back cover and AC charging connector are present.
Potential Impact:
DC charging will be unavailable.
