Hello Sports Fans, I bought myself a 51-year-old Yamaha DT125… and my dad has absolutely no idea.

This is my 1975 DT125 project. Before the green lane camping trip with Dan and Nick, this bike hadn’t even had a proper ride. After months of working on it behind the scenes, it’s finally time to get it running right and take it out for its very first test.

But there’s a catch…

Not only is this my first ride on the bike, it’s also my first time riding since passing my CBT back in January and my dad doesn’t even know I’ve got a bike.

So before I take it off-road and onto the lanes, I need to get it sorted… and figure out how I’m going to reveal it to him.

This could go either way.
