BeastlyN64This is a Tool-Assisted Superplay meaning I played the game frame-by-frame and used save states allowing me to redo certain parts of the game until each part was perfect. An example of this is creating a save state before I hit my dice, then reloading the save state over and over until I get the number I want, doing this allows me to pick which spaces I land on and also allows me to roll a triple 7 or triple 10 so I can get coins and move loads of spaces.
I pause the game often so I can manipulate RNG allowing me to control the luck of the game. Some examples are, pausing the game so I can control what numbers the CPU players roll on their dice, pausing the game so I can control what items we get and pausing the game so I can control which minigame is selected at the end of each turn.
This board is called Faire Square and it allows the player to buy up to 5 stars at once depending if they have enough coins for it. During night, it's possible to make the stars cost only 5 coins each instead of the standard 20 coins each. I am able to buy over 70 stars in just 10 turns because of how this board is designed.
There is a happening space on the board which makes all players give up 1 star each, each player then must select a chimney. Each chimney has a plant in it and whoever selects the chimney with the tallest plant will get all 4 stars. This only happens during night though, during the day players give up 10 coins instead and whoever wins gets 40 coins. This happening space allows me to steal a total of 9 stars from each CPU player making this TAS possible.

This time I did a 2-vs-2 team battle with Mario and Luigi. I've wanted to do a 2 player TAS for a while now and I've made one, this took much longer than usual to make since controlling 2 players takes way more time to do.
Tool-Assisted means I played the game frame by frame using an emulator and used save states to make the perfect party happen.
This game was a of a challenge to TAS since you can't manipulate RNG by simply pausing the game like you can in other Mario Party games. Instead, I can only manipulate RNG by either wasting some frames on the results screen after a minigame or wasting some frames before hitting my dice block. This makes it harder to make the CPU players roll certain numbers on their dice and also makes it harder for me to pick which minigames I want to play since I can't control all of those individually.
In other Mario Party games, I can pause the game to manipulate RNG at any time making it way easier to control anything I want to. I did eventually get the RNG I wanted in each turn.(TAS) Mario Party DS - Getting 99 Stars in 10 TurnsBeastlyN642022-12-17 | This is my Tool-assisted superplay for Mario Party DS - DK's Stone Statue. Stars still cost the standard 20 coins but it's possible to make them only cost only 5 coins during the final 5 turns. Since I am able to manipulate RNG and get tons of coins I am able to reach the maximum star limit of 99 in only 10 turns.
