Peepit!? is relatively easy. They have no Iron Stance on any of their attacks and are easily combo'ed. Simple weaknesses to slap onto a gem/weapon for +CC and damage too. They are somewhat dangerous after 50% HP as they get Burning Phoenix and Mirage(the teleporting overhead dive), but that's not a problem here. Using Magnetic Gate, I bring them in and combo them with spells to death. I use a Title that grants +CC upon enemy death(+6CC for highest of this Title series), allowing me to use spells infinitely. Her Lv 3 MA will hit all the enemies and if they all die at once it will end the battle.
GentleEel is worse than Gentleman. Like Peepit!? It has only 3 easy-to-equip weaknesses for +CC on every hit. He's quick, so I use a combination of physical and low-tier cryas artes to keep him away until he can be stunned, then use mid-tier magic to push him into phase 2. That is still the worse phase(75%HP ~ 50%HP) where it throws its undodgeable bladerang and instantly uses Nova Lightning and Falling Ice by pulling it out of its non-existent hat that is deceptively quick. Cyandine point-blank and Accel MA skips this phase. Outside that, he is not tough. Phase 3, he likes to do his riverdance, which I break using cryas artes, and for the final phase, where he "swims", his long body on the ground makes him particularly vulnerable to Cyandine ironically enough.
Fourier is just too hard to fight normally. I tried doing it a more 'fair' way, but with Proto Veres attacking constantly and Fourier's undodgeable attacks, with range the same as Pascal's, it felt impossible. I decided to rely on RNG to land the petrify debuff via Infernal Prison(could have used gem for more consistency, but opted not to), and use Cyandine point-blank to deal a massive amount of damage in one go, eliminating any threat she would have been. After that, Proto Veres is the same as Veres, but easier, since it doesn't have stagger time reduction and can be combo'ed normally.
Reala has extremely high C.DEF which weakens cryas artes and MAs damage, but I don't really let that deter me from using magic to juggle. Not really much to say here other than at 50%HP she starts using spells more predominantly. I played it super safe, as many of my 100s of deaths came from being too aggressive during this half of the fight. Forward-stepping Photon Burst is the easiest way to open her up as she is vulnerable right after a spell cast. It would have been easier if I equipped the "Enemy Eleth Growth Down" Title to prevent her from going into OVL, but opted for a different title just for the end-of-battle quote.
Solomus was a rough one... at first. Big thanks to Muctales 7 years old comment on his Reala[Cheria solo] video about how EVA works. I was barely moving the Critical Gauge, which made it difficult to pin him down with a critical in the 2nd half of the fight. I managed to win w/no damage without this info, but I wasn't satisfied with the execution of the battle. Even though I only dualized to 1750 EVA(ran out of money), it was still enough to greatly increase the Critical Gauge on Aura Guard and normally attacking.
That being said, I wanted to go through all phases of the fight. For a more in-depth explanation of the phases you could read my original post on my old Solomus video:
youtube.com/watch?v=3AOqUy0wgfU
Easiest way to deal with his physical attacks is still a backstep upon any attack, then reacting to what he does. His Beast and Shadow Rush attacks in the 2nd half leave very little room to land a hit, so I just have to wait for his 'normal' attacks before I can open him up again. Holy Lance is forward-stepped to avoid completely, the clones get Cyandine(he can teleport when he is at 25%HP after the clones so I have to go to them to hit all of them at once), and Indignation is avoided with summon.

No cheats were used to give me an unfair advantage; the ones I'm using are:
1) Turn on/off the Grade shop options(for damage control)

3) Use Pascal everywhere
4) Retry a fight. Some optional fights and Zhonecage don't give you that option.

Frederic has some simple weaknesses to exploit for easy +CC. Missing only the Spirit weakness, which Spread and Maelstrom have. By using Maelstrom continuously, given how its hitbox works(slowly spinning while pushing outward), you can get +CC every time he recovers, as long a he doesn't do a move that activates at a farther distance than the spell. He eventually will, as all his signature moves have a range that activates further than the Maelstrom spell covers. After the spell spam, it's just the usual fare. Only his Super Demon Fang is any real threat, since I can't perfect evade it, but with its long startup, plenty of time to back away.
Cedric 2.0 isn't too much different than the regular version, except he starts using his "artes" at the start of battle. You still can't stun him, but he'll get 0 stagger time reduction if you hit him with a critical multi-hit attack(his head tilts all the way back looking upward), making him easy to combo. I went with a Free Run strategy to avoid his attacks, since Free Run doesn't get a lot of practical use, which worked pretty well. Could have done better if Free Run wasn't so "stiff" in activating.
Amber/Kohaku is pretty simple. Another boss with easy-to-hit weaknesses on weapon and gem for +CC. Only Shot weakness is needed for full weakness hits, which is Pascal's whole A-arte tree. So that gives a lot of freedom to just attack without worrying too much about CC consumption. In her 2nd half, Kohaku has a lot of stringed attacks, which can make it a bit tough to get a hit in past the Iron Stance.
Dark Turtlez. Easy weaknesses that all can fit on a gem/weapon, making every hit gain +CC. Its really slow and has terrible range, so it is a simple task to stay just outside its range while I go to town getting +CC with every hit.
Emeraude 2.0 is exactly like the first. Only difference I noticed was that she auto-guard Flux Form from start unless she's in an attack animation(I do it once here, but that's a pure gamble if she finishes the animation, I'm hit/dead)

Lot of fights so I'll make these brief. The wyverns, beetles, treant, and harpies are basically glorified normal mobs. Nothing too notable about them, except the beetles. They can recover while still being in the air breaking the combo, which is why I can only use Fearful Storm spam. They also elevate their height a bit after taking a lot of damage, making Pascal miss most of her A-artes. I like using the beginning animations of the MAs to deal additional damage, but it does leave Pascal vulnerable afterwards.
Lilitina has a high stagger reduction rate; highest in the game. Great for +CC since it can recover from Vicious Circle(gives +CCs) mid-attack, procing more than one +CC. Every 25% it does a wide-range area attack, which can be prevented if you stun him during his attempt to do it(did this for the first 25%). I fish for it after the 50%, but plan to kill with Celestial Eight/MA to skip 75%.
Little Queen 1; when they enter the battlefield, they are drawn to Pascal like "moths to the flame"(No I can't think of anything original; yes I know the line is seriously cliche'). So all I need to do is just get a clear spell off and spell spam until they die. Wish I could have done more, but their teleporting Eagle Dive is too much for me in a no-damage run.
Little Queen 2; probably the easiest to deal with as she is slow and attacks slowly to boot. Just have to get past her spell spam, which she will do until she reaches the 75% HP threshold. The mobs are super annoying since they get Iron Stance on their attacks and will spell spam Rock Lance if other chars are casting. Not the cleanest fight after the mob sadly(esp the Accel use in the latter half).
Little Queen 3 is the same as LQ1. Just have to balance getting chakram LQ to 75% HP, and killing melee LQ ASAP, since the Eagle Dive aspect is still a problem. There are more gun LQs than anything fortunately, which Pascal can deal with rather effectively playing the distance game.
Poisson is not that tough until the last 25% of her HP where she will spam Hammer Rain(random Pow Hammers fall on the battlefield) and Pow Pow Hammer(throw a bunch of Hammers in front of her). Fortunately, I skip the Hammer Rain phase by catching her with a spell and ending her with an MA.
Fodra Queen... High stagger reduction value, good auto-guard procs, occasional 'ignore stun effect' effect. She can attack twice with no pause after being stunned. Even considering this, I still didn't want to completely cheese her. Phase 1 strat is just the usual avoid + counter. Her 'slow wide-sweeping arrow' attack is the hardest to deal with for me(hard to time the dodge). B-artes are more effective, but I get more mileage out of single-hit critical attacks, as those deal more damage than any multi-hit spell, due to how the critical works in this game. Phase 2(and 4), A-artes are more effective. All of her attacks either attack straight in front of her, or come from her right(Pascal's left) side, sweeping over, so I always dodge to Pascal's right, giving me time to get away and use A-artes from a distance. Using Flux Form to get her to attack while getting behind also worked pretty well. Phase 3 is just skipped with Grim Sylphie + MA. WAY too many lasers and the slow sweeping arrow attack(which procs twice in this phase) got to me almost every single time =0v(the one time it didn't... read side note below). Phase 4; all of her attacks get some kind of extension. Biggest threat is her "Humanity must end"(HME) attack; its a left to right(Pascal's right to Pascal's left) sweeping attack, so that seals off the dodge to the right used in the 2nd phase and her Burst Blade creating a Emeraude-esque aura that prevents the use of Flux Form. I attempt to bait her by backstepping as the HME attack activates at a longer distance than her other close-range attacks, then act accordingly.
Side note: getting a great run, then losing cause you forgot the extensions for Blue Earth was suffering; took a big morale hit from that one =01.

Dragons aren't too hard; they walk slow and telegraph everything they do fairly well, with plenty of time to perfect dodge. I try to take each of them on slightly different. They are pretty much the same, except their "specialty" attack. Wind dragon is a twisting charge; water is a dive(exactly the same as Bladehorn Boar); fire has none, but comes with two spells instead of one. Only issue I had was during fire dragon; can't spell cancel dodge Infernal Hail, and getting caught in its ultra-fast Photon Burst spell.
Bryce is simple enough; get all of his 3 weaknesses via gem and weapon, and you'll get CC every time he gets hit. Rather easy to play keep-away. His 10-sec claw swipe can be backstepped to perfect dodge, but is fairly difficult. No need to take the risk of letting him get close enough to proc it.
Veigue is the same as Bryce. only has 2 weaknesses, both which can fit on one gem. This gives Pascal practically infinite CC to play keep-away, which is necessary(for no damage) as he can recover from stagger faster than Pascal can shoot. A difference between him and most bosses is that he needs to stop running to enact his attack, so using Flux Form does not confer an advantage in spacing and avoiding his attack simultaneously; instead he will get hit, then immediately double back toward me, giving me less time to push him away if he guards. Still pretty easy to do if you keep your distance.
Gentleman can be a tough customer. His hat trick nova lightning and falling ice is easy to dodge, and so is his spit. At around 67% HP, he can throw a homing bladerang that is guaranteed to hit, and no way to dodge it(except rng), though Pascal can nullify it by using a summon. At 50% HP and 25% HP, he can conjure a perfect copy of himself, with the same stats and skills(so up to two copies). It just became impossible to do anything once he did that, so I decided to shut him down using a single combo. The pacing for the combo was not hard, but I had to retry dozens upon dozens of times because he nullified(evaded?) the knockback of my attack(esp 3CC tier) then recovered, breaking the combo.

A revisit to my Pascal run.
While the bosses at this stage can be beaten in 1 good combo, if you know what you're doing(see Just_Samu's Pascal run for examples), I plan on playing in a way that showcases learning the enemy's patterns and avoiding attacks either through normal dodging, or perfect dodging. I will also do my best to not take any damage(discounting perfect dodge 1HP dmg, EVA-procs, Accel-activation invincibility etc), though that might not be possible with the attack variations of some bosses. Battles will also be fast... for my sanity =0b.
No cheats were used to give me an unfair advantage; the ones I'm using are:
1) a code that lets me turn on/off the Grade shop options, specifically 2x and/or 5x Damage for damage control in later fights
2) a code that alters the camera angle to have that Zesty/Bersy/Arise-grounded look
3) a code that lets me use Pascal instead of Asbel-as-Pascal in certain fights.
4) a code that lets me retry a fight. Some optional fights and Zhonecage don't give you that option. Allows me to save time from traversing to the boss multiple times.
5)For Gentleman only, I fought him in the arena instead of completing all quests in the game(which is the requirement to fight him). I did not have a file to fight him from my previous run.
Many later files were carried over from my ps3 run, which were already set up optimally. Any questions or concerns, feel free to drop a comment =03.

The "duels"; my favorite fight set in the game. Since certain abilities that are present on your playable characters can have an effect here, I use these to increase the difficulty of the fights for myself. All characters have Bruserine quality equipment(1-hit Iron Stance) except Asbel(already gets Iron Stance when drawing sword). Hubert and Sophie have Speed shards and added options for their "1 CC arte tier", giving them more variety with their first attack. Hubert, Malik, and Cheria have special cast time reduction codes on them(none on Pascal), since their spell casting behavior is bad; they will run away to an appropriate distance to cast higher-cast time spells. By severely shortening these times, they can cast on the spot, giving them more access to more spells. Cheria and Asbel are not normally fought in-game, but thought it'd be interesting to fight them.
Hubert is not too much trouble. He(and the others) can occasionally insta-break stun(see 0:58) which leads to many a game over, particularly when I reaction spell-cancel-to-1CC-arte(for stun CC).
Sophie is fast and versatile. Sword Assault is the hardest to deal with, since it gives her Iron Stance(on top of the Bruserine IS) and has a lot of horizontal range and forward distance. Admittedly, after some attack exchanges, she can calculate the time it takes to reach me before a shot I fired hits her; e.g. guarding if she can't make it, and charging toward me if she can. I panicked Accel'd and luckily caught her only cause she tried to use Dagger Splash.
Malik is easy too, but I do have to watch out for his spells, since all have similar cast times and can't easily tell what he'll toss out based on that alone. His bladerang can neutralize my shots and occasionally gets toss out even after getting hit(some with hitbox 3:08, some w/o hitbox 2:52)
Cheria is a bit easier as long as I stay out of her range, since her daggers can neutralize and sometimes overprioritize my gun shots. All her magic outside of Ethereal Rift is slow to start up, even if she can cast fast, so its easy to dodge out of the way. Can't use Fever Dream, as she Recovers while in mid-air and can attack immediately on landing while Pascal is still getting up.
Asbel can be rough. Strat here is to get him to draw his sword, so I backstep in tandem to whatever he throws out, since Draw is practically instant. He can use Burial Blade from anywhere, so I always backstep when he gets to the 4CC tier as that is instant game over if I get hit. Once his sword has been drawn, his running speed is cut down and he's actually easier to pin down once you drill through his Iron Stance. This take was successful mostly because of the excessive Demon Fangs he was using here instead of other options he was taking(Gale Maw, Ruinous Bloom) at a distance.
Pascal? A Pascal fight doesn't exist =0v.....

The two Dullahans were rather difficult, hence the shorter fight. Since there are two of them, they consistently pressure me to attack while moving backward, especially when they auto-guarding my attacks. I have all of their weaknesses except the Spirit weakness, which unfortunately you can't get until after this boss, so I use Vicious Circle(has Spirit weakness) as much as possible for +CC. Bonus if I hit both of them. They are very weak to B-artes though, so cryas artes are the way to go here. However, I have to Accel into magic in just the right way that both of them attack at the same time, so their iron stance doesn't prevent staggering from the magic spell.
The treants weren't as difficult. Star Scatter(neutral 3 CC arte) works extremely well for bigger enemies as usual, the extra stars on impact have a good chance to hit both of them at the same time, giving me more breathing room. At low HP they self-explode into 3 or 4 mandragoras, and those can spam Seraphic Bolt. Fortunately it is not like the Entrails Parasite in that you can kill it before it explodes. Most weaknesses are on my equipment, only needing the Impact weakness for +CC, so Flux Form, Death Sentence, and Trinity Bit are the go-tos for this battle. Once I got it down to one treant, its just the usual to take them out(though I almost got hit after using Flux Form =0v)
Prosperina is just another Dispater. Their breath absorbs/erases my shots, which is hecka annoying, but the worse thing about them for me is definitely the Sword Deluge spam. Lost a lot of good takes due to the spell casting speed and the speed of the spell itself, not to mention its narrow hitboxes make it tricky to perfect dodge. Don't really like that it looks like I was fishing for Eleth Burst, but I did want to replicate the Emerald Strike double kill like in the older video which you can only do when the enemy(s) is behind you in relation to your other target; her staff spin has a hitbox that can hit enemies at the beginning of the MA animation and can deal even more damage than the MA's main target, depending on the size of the enemy.
Richard this time was much more manageable. I took a tactic I saw Passaro use in that he was using Speed shard(s) to increase the speed of the character he was playing. Strange I didn't think of this when I use this for the "duels" or skit battles with other characters(to make the char I'm fighting faster). Anyway, I have all his weaknesses except Slash, which is only on Wind Needle, which I use for +CC. When he gets close, I run into him and step; allows me to normal dodge his normal attacks, giving me time to get away enough to attack him from afar. He still has his annoying Z-slash kick, but doesn't use it as often as the 3rd battle. Might've lost if he didn't try to use it near the end and got frozen for it.
Lambda Angelus is just a punching bag; he has the same phenomenon that happens to Cedric where he has a normal stagger time in lieu of not getting stunned. Could have did something similar to my original video, but I wanted to beat him before he got Eleth Break, which sadly I could not do using the older combo. Definitely the easiest of the bosses to do in this group.

From Gaius Chapter 2.
The most effective, straight-forward approach to beating these guys; just get them into the air, and keep them there until they die. Fairly easy, but undoubtedly much more boring, as explained in the failed take =0\.

Longer version using the file that I didn't intentionally level up. This one was done a while ago, but I didn't like it too much and it's a tad too long for my tastes, so I opted for the leveled-up version.
This'll be the last video for the demo. Too much trouble to fight the special boss solo, since its only a one-time deal and building the levels takes time. Gonna remain a mystery until the full game for me =0v.
After getting used to its patterns, the mantis isn't too hard. Because of how the mantis's slash attacks can whiff, I try to evade in the same direction it attacks to get a perfect evasion. When it does its charging attack, perfect countering stops it in its tracks. It has quicker recovery time than the boar when this occurs, so I only have time for 1 arte before it attacks. Using Aqua Impact usually puts me in just the right position to aim for a perfect evasion on its next claw swipe.
At 50%, it goes into overlimit(OVL) and gets 3 bee mobs to assist in the fight. They can cause paralysis, so I opted to defeat them instead of leaving them be. As long as I keep an eye on the mantis, and perfect evade its charge attack, I will teleport towards my target, sometimes leaving me airborne to use Aqua Impact. This, coupled with Burnstrike, and Luke Divisio's homing ability, I can dispatch them quickly.
Kinda hated I got hit 4 times by the mantis, 2 due to miscalculation on distance when evading, and 1 on missed forward input(backstepped instead of stepping forward). That first OVL caught me cold though; keep forgetting about that in the heat of the moment. Not the best of takes, but I can live with this, given the resetting nature of the demo.
Even though I tighten my idle time down a bit, I'm still at odds with AG regeneration and the best way to keep the assault going without being completely stagnant. Its also clunky to manually jump after an arte instead of having a ground-to-air arte. Of course, its just the demo, and I expect the full game to easily fix these issues.
Opted to use Burning Strike this time for more damage and to better take advantage of the boar's down time after charging, as well as the fact that magic is Shionne's superior attack stat. I favor Tonitus(lightning) bomb, but probably should have use Luke(light) bombs instead, for their homing ability.

The 4th phase of Polycarpus is just terrible; almost has Iron Stance practically all the time. Outside of that, other than its lunge in phase 1 and 3, everything else is easily telegraphed to perfect dodge. I'm usually more aggressive in those phases, but didn't happen in this take, unfortunately.
Centuroid has minions and is similar to Kurt in that aspect, but is much easier to deal with once the addons are gone. His hitboxes are small, so its hard to land perfect dodges against his teleport attacks, but he also can miss when Pascal goes aerial(Sudden Impact, Vicious Circle, Death Sentence(even though DS technically not aerial, it shifts her hitbox so some attack from various enemies can whiff)).
Richard 3 is really annoying. To properly dodge, you have to run into him, then step to the left or right; preferably right, since its too fast to accurately perfect dodge, and dodging from a distance will still get you tagged by the tail-end of his handblade attacks. Most annoying attack is his Z-slash kick, which happens so seamlessly in comparison to his other attacks, I could never see it coming. I stuff it at 4:41, but its hitbox reaches quickly and far, and was the cause for 100s of losses. Not the best of takes, but I'll live with it =01.
Emeraude is pretty easy to perfect dodge.... esp if you dodge INTO the attacks rather than wait for them to dodge at the last second. That keeps me mobile and off her line enough to dance around her attacks. Should be noted that hitting her with Flux Form gives full weakness chain(i.e. +CC), but can only be done once every so often because she gets an auto-guard against it for a while, leading to an easy death from her field aura. The Whirlwind spell can be perfect dodged(as shown in the old playthrough), but given its startup, no need to take the risk.
About this boss, its your basic boar, only you can't really stagger it. Playing around boss attacks is something I'm familiar with, so the style to play it is right up my alley.
For this take, I particularly focus on countering its charge, evident when the boar's left front leg makes the charging motion 3 times. After I perfect counter and it passes me, I have a bit of time before it can recover to unload a few more artes(usually light bomb ext, lightning bomb ext, displode, aqua impact) onto it. If the counter stops it in place, then I use 1 less arte in preparation it will charge again very soon. If it stops a 2nd time in a row, it will usually recover even faster, so then I just throw 1 bomb, jump, aqua impact. Rinse and repeat. Still a whole lot of room for improvement. Learning its close-ranged attacks could have further improved the quality of the fight, but I opted to keep it simple.
I really like the boss system so far. Makes me have to respect what the boss can do, while both me and the boss can still be aggressive. Unfortunately, I couldn't maximize my aggression, due to the HP of the boss and the length of the battle; else I would further minimize my idle time and/or do more riskier plays, like attacking in-between his OVL double charge attack(which can be done).
Have zero serious complaints about the system so far. I do wish the artes had a 2nd voiced line like the last couple of entries in the series; hearing "Displode! Aquaeous Impact!" got a bit repetitive, but that's minor stuff that will probably be diluted with stuff like the Artes Ball, and its possible that the main game does have it, and its just the demo that does this.
Now I can actually try to finish the demo, lol.

-Entrails was the same as my original run; beat to 50%, then use Magnetic Gate + her spell trifecta(FS/IP/M) to EB and MA to finish.
-Dispater was nicely improved from my original run. It took some time to get accustomed to the timings of their attacks but once I did, the flow of the fight went so much smoother, though still had trouble with their random Nova activations. Star Scatter is very effective here.
-Bladehorn Boar is simple enough. Starts with a thrust attack and a horizontal one. The horizontal one moves from (Pascal's) left to right, so stepping right when in its range lets you dodge both. Its charging attack can be dodged in any direction(got a lucky weapon clash here), so thats easy to deal with. Its digging move is also easy, just dodge sideways 1sec after its in the ground; just gotta keep your eye on him.
-Veres's only difficult attack is its footsies attack. Very fast and a bit of a deceptive range. It uses its left foot, then its right, so dodge to Pascal's right(dodging to Pascal's left gets you hit by its right foot as you end your sidestep).... is what i'd like to say, but generally I have to move to the whims of the camera =01...
-Kurt is Kurt. Mooks made it harder to showcase what he can do. His Dragon starts up at a farther distance than his Tiger attack. Both are very unique in that it can follow you indiscriminately which makes it very hard to dodge with a simple quick-step. If he comes within range of Dragon, but doesn't attack, then he will go for Tiger. He can walk into Infernal Prison, guard instantly, then attack as soon as its finished which was SUPER annoying =01.
-Richard 2 is same as Richard 1. His dark sword attacks are easily telegraphed, so it shows I didn't practice it much, sidestepping his dark sword horizontal attack(he missed, but still).

A revisit to my Pascal run. With Arise on the horizon, I felt the need to re-run the game. The old run has low-quality resolution, so I wanted to improve that as well.

Cheat Engine was used to set most of my A artes on the B buttons, so I can play in the traditional sense. It was also used to manipulate the camera to give a similar look to Arise, as opposed to the over-the-top, angled view.
Music(Pascal only portion): Dirk Richter - First Flight
Main elements:
-Asbel No Draw/No Sheath code(doesn't work when facing Asbel himself)
there are two variations to this; one that works with B-artes, but not shortcuts, and one that works with both. As you need to use Draw to gain Iron Stance stacks, use the former if you want to keep that ability.
-Quick steps increase A-arte level(e.g. Zestiria/Berseria)
-a separate B-artes increase A-arte level code(e.g. Zesty/Bersy)
made mainly for Sophie/Hubert, but can be used with Asbel as well, if you still wanted to keep Draw/Sheath mechanics.
-CC Cost -1 and CC Cost 50% reduction
-50%/75%/88% Cast-time reduction
-an A-arte Master list(can change the A-arte assignment setup in CE(not reflected in-game))
-Weapon editor
-Enemy status editor
-Party editor(normally wouldn't need this, but in case you want to use a team with the WR Top floor battle)
Also figured out how some elements of the encounter system work. You can set the top Warrior Roost battle by toggling the "WR Top floor enemy fight params" code and setting the parameters listed. There are also a few automated fights I created under the "Auto Arena Top floor battle" code. Just toggle the box, then toggle one of the entries under it to set it up. Untoggling it reverts entries to its original state.
This fight was pretty fun. Had a blast going up against these two. I always enjoyed playing their solo versions and it was interesting to see how their dynamics would play if they were in a team. As the characters passives and shard skills can have an effect here, Sophie a bit more durable(Rescue skill[Near-death = chance at HP Recv] + Bruiserine quality(1-hit Iron Stance)), so I go after Hubert first. Not gonna lie, after so many losses, this take, while not the 'best' one in terms of showing off the code, was the fastest one(don't want a 5 min fight), and got lost making it look 'interesting' and just wanted to win. They can just juggle you so well, but I'm sure it'd be easier with Iron Stance. Big part was beating Hubert before the 1-min mark(as, if they have all of their passives, they both get a 20% heal + 4 sec Invincibility, ATK ups etc). My Asbel is certainly not the cleanest either =0(...
These codes were something I've wanted to do for years, and I'm glad I can finally put these feelings to rest and close that chapter of my Graces' life.

A short combo exhibition using various codes. The intention is to see a glimpse of the possibilities if Asbel played more similarly to the Zestiria and Berseria systems. Sadly, given the [long amount of] time spent on this, I could never figure out how the game determined when to use the "secondary" version of the B-arte. I know the game keeps the values of the last 4 artes used in memory, and does some kind of comparison between the one you just used and the last
one recorded in memory, but can't pinpoint exactly when and in what form does the check happen. This is the reason you can only use it on the second B-arte to activate it, as that was the only workaround I could think of. Not that people care about the technical details, but felt like mentioning it anyway.
Codes used here are:
- Quick-step increments A-arte level(e.g. Zesty/Bersy)
- Sheath/Draw mechanic removed
- B-artes increment A-arte level
- 2nd B-arte used is its extension(alpha)
- 50% CC cost cut

Not a difficult boss. He has a move that increases your attack and lowers defense, which is actually beneficial for me. None of his phys artes are too dangerous except Moulin Rouge, which also inflicts arteseal. For his magic, Turbulence deals lot of damage (about 1800 HP), and Cyclone can guard break(she can't outrun it), but deals less damage. He has Overlimit, so I can only hope he won't cast Cyclone too much during it, since I can't stop him from casting(loss a few times due to this).

Boss was a pain in the arse )=01. Not only is its mobility high, but its in the air, making Presea's attacks whiff or hard to hit it with. His Dread Storm arte, if he does it at close range, is a guaranteed guard break(hits = number of smoke-thingys you get hit by) and drain a huge amount of HP. Lots of losses occurred simply due to losing the battle of attrition in either HP or TP, and/or getting hit with Dread Storm point blank. Fortunately, she comes with Critical 1+2, and since criticals instantly break iron stance, this made it a much more capable fight. Destruction is the safest arte to use because of its both vert and hort range, but I take unsafe measures like aerial normals to speed up the fight.

Not really much to say here. Kinda held back with Zaveid because I wasn't using Eizen with his cast time reduction titles and just used a "half cast-time" code to make up for it. Of course I could have just added the skills to his equipment, since it is possible to legitimately acquire those skills on equipment(99 Soverign Acerites, max Enhance the equipment, and there's a rare chance to get that particular 2nd slot Enhance skill on any equipment dropped by the enemy).
Also, attacking with 0 SG was intentional; I find the constant dodges fun.... reminds me of those Graces duels I did. Fun times.

Guardian has really high Def and low A.Def, so Hidden Artes work to damage him well here. He has Iron Stance at the beginning of most of his attacks, so striking at the end of his attacks or when he casts is the best opportunity to start a combo. His attacks are easily telegraphed and his magic is easy to avoid, though Grave can be a bit of a problem if you're caught unaware.
He's weak to Fiend and Armored. Hurricane Thrust, Mirage Dance, and Armor Crusher are the go-to artes to get a CHAIN going. Then its simply using the Form(Hidden) artes to do some good damage.
This take was a bit different than the combos I expected to do. During the first Form 2 into V. Stance(which is intentionally meant to break the combo so he can attack), I broke his iron stance twice(once with VP, again with HT). He also got pushed back pretty far from the Form 2 mine, which is very unusual considering his weight class, and since he practically always just iron stance'd the VP(which would have flowed into another combo I had prepared just for that). After the iron stance break, kinda just freestyled it, which is why the combo variation is low. Still decided to keep it due to how perfect the fight proceeded.
I notice the over-reliance on Form 6. Gonna have to skip using that one in the next fight if Roku gets another turn =01...

Eleanor was pretty hard for me with Eizen, due to my playstyle I guess, as other players didn't have nearly as much trouble =02. Eizen's attacks have a longer startup than Eleanor's while her attacks have quick startup, and seems to out-prioritize Eizen's attacks in a head-on collision at close range. But Eizen has that some nice ranged attacks, so either that or a quick-step into an attack to strike in her 'blind spot' gets a combo going.
I have noticed that an enemy has a higher chance to auto quickstep against an arte they resist, which led to some bs losses, particularly from getting caught in a Skewering Spear combo, which = death =02.... like youtu.be/ipwvfkxwqRs

Since I felt a 'end-game Zestiria system' using these codes, I thought it'd be a good idea to toss Zestiria in there for a direct comparison sort-of thing(I do like modified Zesty battle system quite a bit =03). There are plenty of videos that showcase better, legitimate Zesty/Bersy combos, and, I digress, I'm pretty bad on the Bersy side of things, but even so, I merely wish to show the possibilities that exist beyond the game's natural limitations.

Had criss-cross Winter Winds and Mirage(to use twice in succession in the arte tree) to quickly take out the goons, but unfortunately continued to use them twice in a row when fighting Oscar =0(. He is kinda hard due to his occasional Iron Stance and Eizen's range versus his sword.

Just a random fight; felt like doing one and thought he was a fun choice to start with. He actually couldn't damage me, so I had to make a code so he could deal enough damage to actually kill me. His Mirage Dance threw me for a loop for a while, because it has a deceptive hitbox, and it seemed like it out-prioritizes a number of Velvet's moves. Got around that, and it was only a matter of time before he went down. I would have liked to see what he can do at 50% and below, but it was fun while it lasted =03.
And I could swear he cheated at 1:17. Guarded mid-attack to avoid me =01.

NOTE: As of 5/10/17, I am no longer working on this. Unless there is some extreme error, it will not be fixed(unless on a whim). Still feel free to drop a comment if you're having trouble or want to ask a question though =03.
26 mins? Too long for these mediocre codes..... just read this to use the code:
*Toggle "All Artes Available" code box
*Toggle "-(arrow) char single source" code box
*Toggle the box of the char you want to transform(Vel/Laphi/etc)
*Toggle the "(char) Remove Hair" code box
*Toggle the the specific code of the char you want to transform into(Seres, Artorius, etc)
*Toggle the "Full Character ~ X" code box. Should be good to go.
*If using Zavied, toggle the "Workaround to fixed_string" code box (just above the "Vel -(arrow) char" box)
* DON"T use Dyle!
* DON'T transform two normal chars into the same char(e.g. having BOTH Vel and Eizen as Seres). Transforming into different characters is fine(e.g. Vel as Seres, Eizen as Shigure)
Arena stuff at 15:24+
Yeah, I suck at talking... anyhoo, lot of information in these codes, so there might be things I've overlooked.
4/1/17
- fixed an error with the arena that crashed after the blue centipedes
- fixed a misalignment with Shigure's(Velvet) BS that prevented use of Rangetsu Owl
4/2/17
- fixed Laphi's hair being replaced instead of Eizen when choosing Edna Zesty/Zavied Zesty(Eizen) models
4/5/17
+added normal Melchior to the set list
+added All-Quarter Arena script(fight all Quarter one after another)
+complete Monster list
4/8/17
-fixed Jude(Velvet)'s artes not working correctly
4/10/17
+ Rokurou - (char) added
- 100%(supposedly) working "Workaround for fixed string error"(report any problems please if you encounter this error with this code on)
+ Dark Turtlez is usable. Need to use the "Workaround for fixed_string" code like Zaveid.
4/14/17
- fixed "fixed_string" error when using Zaveid after playing Slash Beat
-corrected Dark Turtles(Roku)'s Break Soul
+added Medissa/Benwick/Kamoana(Models ONLY)
4/23/17
+added a "Down" effect to Zaveid's High Strike arte
5/7/17
+Arte canceller
+Infinite BG/SG/CC/Souls
+A half-done Magilou - (char) switch(works except for Mg Voice)
+added models for playable char to change into another playable character(default models / Models ONLY)
+Equipment Editor by ColonelRVH, revised by myself
Not all that great for all the effort put into it =01.

Strategy was, charge guard, and get a CHAIN weakness going with Vel's Binding Frost(hits earth/fiend) and Laphi's KRay(hits demihuman). Magilou and Eizen on support with spells(Flood Wall and Stone Lance). Every 5 normals, she'll summon 2 witch minions to the battlefield... as people who watched the stream know, its my loss from that point. If I see her attempting to summon, I'll just run up and attack her fast, hoping to proc her guard. Occasionally, she'll get superarmor when using the summoning; can only hope everyone is attacking her at once in case my artes are resisted, to break the summoning(and if I didn't, again my loss).
This is Chaos mode, acquired through means of CE of course. However, other than that, and a code to remove the arte pause, no other cheats were used; no hacked weapons, stats, skills, etc; everything was acquired by going through the level.
This boss is pretty tough, but still manageable with some skill and a little luck. I start the battle with using the MAs because the party will eventually die, losing all of their BG, so might as well get free damage. Unfortunately in this take, it wasn't nearly as smooth(usually can just MA, swap char, take 1 fwd step, attack, MA again) but eh, what're you gonna do =02? I use Magilou's swap attack to steal Dryad's infinite-A.Def buff, then swap Laphi back in; Geostigma and Kalaidos Ray can deal weakness dmg, plus KR has long animation that locks him in. After that, its simply "play good with Rokurou"("good" being used loosely =0b). If I knockdown the boss with the counter, and Eizen has more than 3 Souls, I'll switch to him and do his BS for a bit of extra damage. For Vel, its just "MA, then spam BS" (=_= )...
His normals, Mow Down, Freeze Lancer, Air Thrust, Gravity Well, and Hell Gate are simple for me to avoid or counter(and fortunately the AI is pretty good at not dying), but his Grave is extremely quick; it casts in 23 frames and the attack itself hits on the 33rd frame(i.e. it hits in half of a second) which makes it fairly difficult to dodge on reaction. He generally uses it to counter casters too and does well over a 1000+ dmg unguarded/650+ dmg guarded, making this battle much more difficult than it should be =01.
Hopefully as I get used to the battle system, I'll be comfortable enough to use multiple characters and avoid relying on single-direction moves ( =_=)...

I said the Master-class Arena would be the last Zesty video, but I digress...after that altercation with losing to Meebo, I finally felt interested in doing a solo; the speed of battle w/o the stutter frames(arte pausing) + the extra 20% in the distance of the quick-steps makes control somewhat of a dream =03. I took a page from TopTierAction/Viktor Forslund and used a different character for each battle. I dislike stealing ideas but doing this really kept things fresh(been there, done that with Pascal...it gets repetitive after a while =01).
Some things to note about these battles:
No Arte Pause
Enemy Attack-Wait time = 0
Quickstep Distance Up from 1.3x(due to Longer Step Battle Action) to 1.6x
Enemy Movement Speed Up by 1.5x ~ 2.5x normal
No stagger skills(Sordzmin, Knyte, Paladeen) or stagger codes used
Code to charge martial artes backwards(charges forward for Sorey 2nd battle)
Notes on individual battles in comment section.

Since I didn't want the fight to be MA-spammable, I don't use Axcell, the +stagger skills or code, and only use 1x Mistiq. This gives some "weight" to the use of MAs where some discretion is needed if I want to get to the end of the fight.
You can TRY try this yourself if you have CE and the God Eater DLC(that's free, but needs to be installed), BUT the technique I used may prevent the "Master Arena auto-Config" code from working for you. Let me know if it doesn't. It might be TOO easy for some(if it even works) but its not made with max stats in mind.

Contributing factors:
1)Had 1x Mistiq. Can't combo like 2x.
2)No stagger+. No stagger skills, no stagger codes used. Too used to 40+~50+ combos; not 10-ish.
3)Ignored/forgot he had Sheeld. Too used to stopping casting with Attack Step.
