North Americas LARGEST Rattlesnake! - Search for the Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake! Pushed to the brink and at the edge of its range, the rattlesnakes in this territory have had to be slick and tough to survive, making finding them an incredibly difficult task, so I figured a few days of searching were in order! These animals are quire common in the south, and often come into conflict with people, so they need to be relocated. Luckily, I've got nothing better to do (except work, school, studies, animal care, etc, but relocating problem alligators is a way better use of my time). Alligators are pure muscle, and can grow upwards of 16 feet, making them a potential trouble to move later in life. Luckily, they don't start off that big! Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnakes.... Are They ACTUALLY the Worlds Deadliest Rattlesnake?..... LWA 2023-03-05 | SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY WILDLIFE VIDEOS! :DOn this adventure into the pine forests and scrublands of the south, we're on the lookout for the eastern diamondback rattlesnake, the worlds largest rattlesnake species, and a declining species throughout much of its range. While regionally this is a rare animal to see, and one that I particularly like, it's still common practice to kill these animals on sight because of the common belief and fear that these are the deadliest rattlesnake of all time, and that their thirst for blood and the death of humans knows no bounds. Obviously, I disagree in many capacities, but to PROVE that this sin't the case, I've been on a journey now to discover more about these dragons of the pines for several years now. With a snake hook ready to go, a less than off roading vehicle, and a whole lot of hootspa, we'll continue our search for a world record rattlesnake, and discover the mysteries surrounding these monstrous yet ever declining animals. WILD SNAKE MORPHS?! - Search for the Striped Copperhead! Whats Down the BURROW?.... Rare Snakes and Endangered Tortoises! Snakes…. Are They ACTUALLY Aggressive? What snake species are we talking about? Do all snakes bite? Are there snakes that don't bite? North Americas LARGEST Native Treefrog! Catching Giant INVASIVE Toads during a Tropical Storm! Water Moccasin VS Water Snake! Water snakes are an incredibly abundant snake species throughout their range, but they share their range with the world's only subaquatic pitviper species: the water moccasin! Nicknamed the cottonmouth because of their defensive display, these snakes pack some hemotoxic venom that could potentially kill. With both species living in similar habitats and looking almost the same, it's IMPERATIVE that you know how to tell the difference between water snakes and water moccasins, so in this video, we'll be catching every water snake we possibly can, and getting up close with both species in order to show YOU their differences! Sick Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake Rescue! LWA 2022-04-16 | SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY WILDLIFE VIDEOS! :DWhen you're sick, what do you do? Rest, eat some good food, and get some medicine right? Well it's the same thing for wildlife, and yup, that includs rattlesnakes! Today, we're gonna be helping to try and rehab and release an adult eastern diamondback rattlesnake that seems to be struggling with multiple issues. We need to safely transport, diagnose, and treat the issues as best we can in order to get this snake back out into the national forests where he belongs! Can we do it with no close calls to us or the snake? Lets sure hope so! As always we hope y'all enjoy this video :DEastern Diamondback Rattlesnakes (Crotalus adamanteus) grow to be the largest rattlesnake in the world, and throughout their range are a heavily persecuted snake. In south Mississippi, these snakes are becoming increasingly rarer due to consistent persecution. These snakes get shot, run over, stomped, bludgeoned, pretty much every way you could imagine there is to kill a snake, people kill diamondbacks in this state. They receive no federal aid or protection in the state despite obviously being imperiled. While there are many organizations that work with habitat restoration, nobody in this area works to relocate, rehab, or just generally aid many of the rattlesnake populations. This is most likely due to public opinion on venomous snakes and hazardous wildlife. While other rare snakes in the area receive some level of protection, eastern diamondbacks do not. While I think this should change, for the time being, this means these snakes are imperiled, so any aid I can give any single one of these snakes could go a long way for the species as whole, and the education of the public through video is an important part of the process for helping these animals. They're common, they're cool, and boy are they QUICK! Our local black racers are starting to come out of brumation and begin their spring season, but these aren't the only types of racers, in fact, Coluber racer snakes spread across North Amierca, and many other none Coluber racer snakes inhabit the rest of the world! Including island racers, forest racers, and various desert racer species! Of course, this video is meant to focus on Colubers, of which we have 4 alone in my home state! I Keep Finding the WRONG Rare Snake....
