Agate hunting on Oregon coast ✨🔥 LexiSixel 2023-07-12 | Hey everyone! It was a beautiful day just outside Florence today... I drove for about two hours to get to this little beach called Bob Creek :) I've found that of the Oregon beaches I've been to, it has the most agates!!I literally have a crow-brain... things, I like things, shiny things even better LOL I spent almost 3 hours picking up rocks, and tbh I wanted to stay longer but I had to drive home sksksLemme know if you like videos like this! I was able to come down to LA again and stay with my bff (vid creds to her) and we saw eaJ at the El Rey Theatre on June 30th ;) it was freaking awesome!!We got to see eaJ before at Head In The Clouds, but there's something so amazing about the intimacy of a small venue and a crowd that knows all the lyrics to every song :)Jae's voice is just the most gorgeous thing, and his lyrics are so comforting... my faves have been; Pacman (ofc, it gave me chills the 1st time I heard it) Rose, Car Crash, Castle In The Sky, It Just Is... but dear lord, they're all just so good haha~Thanks to Jae and the amazing band for the best night, and for powering through those high notes with a voice that had already completed one show the night before. I had a lot of emotions about it. a big emotion was the fact that it's been 4 years since I've seen Yoongi or any of BTS, and hearing him perform seesaw again immediately brought me back to that last concert, May 4th 2019 at the Rose Bowl... ugh, it was so much fun. First Time in South Korea!! LexiSixel 2023-02-13 | So... surprise?Love how there's never any warning for things on my channel it's just; SKZ memes and then whoops I'm in South Korea LOLI had the amazing opportunity recently to go overseas with my pilates instructor (istg this has nothing to do with pilates, it was business for her and I just tagged along, I am not athletically inclined) and her daughter for 2 entire weeks!Of course, I smuggled Avery in my suitcase...Anyway, it all happened very quickly! After three-ish weeks of it looking like a possibility, suddenly I was on a 13-hour plane ride to my genuine dream destination!I'll keep this short as I really don't want to monologue when the video is long enough ;) but we got to do some truly incredible things and more than anything I'm just so grateful to have these friends and family around me that made it happen.Also, shout out to our hosts in South Korea who were so welcoming even when there were two extra people at dinner- I'll always remember your hospitality as a defining trait of your beautiful country :)To myself at seventeen, when I first started learning BTS's names; your dreams are never what/when you think they will be, and they only require one thing. DPR Regime World Tour 2022 in Seattle - Pt 2: DPR IAN LexiSixel 2022-10-08 | So... something kinda amazing happened to me at the DPR show, specifically in the middle of Ian's performance, so prepare for a lil rant LOL ;)Basically, I've had this cold for 2 weeks, nothing serious just super annoying, especially when I've been looking forward to a concert :/ anyway, I was nervous for the show because I still wasn't feeling 100% and also because I've had a pretty bad track record recently at concerts, i.e. having panic attacks. I took every precaution I could, but still... so, during my favorite song (Avalon) I started feeling really dizzy & I could tell I was about to faint, likely from a mixture of exhaustion/sickness and also just general anxiety from being in such a tight crowd for so many hours (I get really claustrophobic) so, after that song ended, I turned to my friend, told her to stay, and said that I was going to go to the back of the room and maybe sit down. I did that- found a nice little corner with no people, and tried to breathe through it for several minutes. Eventually, I felt better physically but of course, I started getting those irritating thoughts; "Lexi, why are you so weak, why can't you just be normal like everybody else, no one else is having problems... you've ruined the entire experience for yourself by being *blah blah blah*" so... I started crying, feeling like I had somehow disappointed myself because I was missing some of the show. Cue Ian's little speech... I know it sounds cheesy but it felt like he was speaking directly to me. Suddenly, I had this strange thought... I realized I was making myself miserable on purpose now. Any more sitting around feeling less than was only me punishing myself for perceived failures. I realized that I could continue to feel that way, or I could get up, and move past those feelings, and enjoy the rest of the show I'd been looking forward to for so long. So I did! It might not sound like much- just standing up and having a good time, but I'm usually very self-conscious about things like that, especially when I'm alone. And yet, I'm so happy I did it because I had a great time!!! I was no longer crowded by people, I could still see the stage (actually, I could see it even better!) and it honestly just felt like I was hanging out with Ian and dancing around like idiots- it was so much fun :) I realized... my "fun" doesn't have to look like everyone else's. It's okay that I sometimes need to take a step back and do what's best for myself at that moment. But I don't need to linger in those bad feelings. Like Ian said; if you love something, just fucking go for it, because it's worth it! I genuinely could never thank him enough for everything he does and the ways that he inspires me. Jonghyun (SHINee) Piano In The Sky Painting LexiSixel 2022-04-08 | Hi guys :) every year I do something for Jonghyun's birthday, which is tomorrow, and this time it's a painting inspired by him ofc, and also the song "Piano In The Sky" by Winona OakI kept listening to this song and picturing Jonghyun... I kinda wanted and wished for this picture to be peaceful and dream-like, almost representing his soul and how his music and life touched and changed all of us. I hope I did him justice :)I know for myself that the grieving process is still ongoing, every year sort of drags that pain up again, but I want you guys to know that if you're dealing with that too, whether it be about Jonghyun or someone else; a friend, family member or pet, please know that I understand and I'm here for you and love you SO MUCH!! Denver ~ the snow, the sun... and the lack of P1Harmony LexiSixel 2022-03-26 | There was a whoooooole lot of bad luck during this trip... but a lot of good too :) I'm sure all P1Harmony fans who were planning on seeing them during the postponed section of the tour feel similarly, but Avery and I really tried not to let our sadness ruin the whole adventure~Hopefully we can see the boys eventually, and hopefully at that time everyone will be healthy and happy and together!!We've been wanting to visit Denver for several years ever since Avery went there and really loved it... finally we got a chance to do so, and despite all the mishaps, I'm really grateful for the experience as a whole...Remember to please please please wear a mask ESPECIALLY traveling or at concerts, it's not just about the other fans but the artists are vulnerable too~Love you guys, and thanks for watching!-Lexi
