Bygone Purpose has some weird arrow speed shenanigans going on. They slow down or speed up at what seems like random times, so a lot of the song is played more by "sound" than by sight. Apparently, this song is about Hypno's tragic backstory, and the way that the loss of his trainer turned him into a monster.
