Whisper tells Noira she doesn't want to live in her kingdom anymore and wants to leave. Noira makes her feel better and they decide to leave the kingdom together. At 0:44 it's their last time looking at Whisper's kingdom. VHS parts like at 0:33 kinda show that they were meant to be together.
