In this JUCE tutorial, we’ll learn how to use SmoothedValue to make your sine wave oscillator sound smooth and professional. If you’ve ever moved a slider and heard crackles or pops (zipper noise), this video is for you!

We’ll cover:
✅ Why discontinuities happen in your oscillator (two common causes)
✅ How LinearSmoothedValue removes zipper noise when moving parameters quickly
✅ How to switch from a time-based wrap to a proper phase accumulator for continuous sine waves
✅ Before and after audio demos so you can hear the difference

By the end of this tutorial, you’ll know best practices for smoothing parameters and building stable oscillators in JUCE.
