![Cinnamon Toast Crunch Party Mix | Hilah Cooking | Sponsored Video
This video was made in partnership with Cinnamon Toast Crunch - A cinnamon spiced snack mix with pretzels, nuts, fruit and a crunchy salted caramel coating!
Snack mix recipe:
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup small pretzels
1 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon coarse salt (Kosher salt works well)
1 cup dried cranberries and/or golden raisins
Instructions:
Set oven to 250ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Combine butter, brown sugar, honey in a small bowl and microwave about 1 minute until melted. Stir.
Combine pretzels, pecans, peanuts in a large bowl and pour sauce over. Stir gently to coat well. Add Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and stir again. Be careful not to break up the pretzels or cereal.
Spread onto baking sheet
Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Meanwhile combine white sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
After 45 minutes, remove mix from oven and sprinkle sugar/spice mix all over and stir gently to coat all pieces in sugar mixture. Sprinkle salt over all.
Bake another 20 minutes at 250ºF.
Stir once more, then place back into oven. Turn oven off and allow party mix to cool in oven.
Add cranberries/raisins once cooled.
Store in air tight containers.
