How to Make a Tony Tony Chopper hat from the live action One Piece series on Netflix. This hat is made out of EVA foam and covered in fur fabric to match the show. I also added fur ears and 3d modeled the antlers. I do have free foam pdf templates available over on my website and free stl files for the antlers. This project can also be used to create top hats that you can customize on your own.
