In this video I show you "How To Make a Miter Sled".

it is made of 3/4" melamine and the rail fences are made out a Pine 2x6 cut to size needed. Rails are attached first with brad nails then countersunk and screwed with 1-1/2" pocket screws. Sled is covered with T9 wax spray that is allowed to dry and wiped down buffing it smooth.
