How To Keep Your Hands Still In Posting Trot | Do your hands go up and down as you post trot? If so this video is for you. I show you how to post trot on a horse and have good hands. If you are looking for some horse riding tips on posting trot for beginners then this video has two simple exercises to help in your horse riding lessons. You will need to master this skill if you want to get your horse on the bit as you need to have still, quiet hands for your horse to go to.
