Want to learn How to Get Good at Shoot 'Em Ups and Make it look EASY?
Shooter 101 is back in session with Part 2 of my Top Tips to practice and get good at shmups. I've gotten quite a few requests to make another How To Get Good at Shmups video after great feedback from the first, so I'm building on the last instructional. In this video, I show you how to Break the Game, by deconstructing difficult sections through Experimentation. How any difficult section can be made to look easy, by experimenting with timing and ship placement.
Using the 2 minute Caravan (score attack) mode on Omega Blast for the Mega Drive, I show how practicing this game can take your skills to the next level. I provide a full deconstruction of the game, showing every major bonus, how to fight the boss, and tips and tricks on improving your score.
