The Farfalla di Ferro - The Iron Butterfly - is a sword-handling drill invented by Guy Windsor.

In this video we explain the full exercise and break it down to its different parts.

We took the liberty to paraphrase all terms taken from Italian Longsword by Guy Windsor into corresponding German historical fencing terms.
