In this tutorial i will explain how to render MOV & Mp4 (h264) files in after effects in 3 methods
1) Render Mov with default renderer (result file size 7 sec footage - 1.27 GB)
2)Convert that mov to Mp4 with Format factory ( file size - 42 MB)
3)Render Using Adobe Media Encoder (File size - 10.2 MB)
4)Convert using Handbrake (File size - 1.2 MB)
