These are the steps required:
1:32 Create bins for the data
2:02 Create the stacked column chart
2:27 Format the stacks to bring the “bins” effect
3:45 Add the additional series required to bring the actual progress values
6:34 Add the additional series to the chart
7:09 Change the chart type to get the desired chart style
8:18 Format the new series to get the progress
9:09 Remove the unwanted elements from the chart
9:28 Add data labels
10:28 Apply some standard chart formatting for a greater visual
