Changing a lightbulb 20' up can be difficult + dangerous= EXPENSIVE!
Do you hire an electrician for a +$100/- service call, risk injury handing and climbing a long extension ladder or do what I did: spend $$$ for a simple device that allows me to change all lofty bulbs myself?
