According to the United States and Russian governments Earth has always had "Aliens" and humans are not the highest lifeforms in the Universe. Both governments have admitted to capturing aliens along with their space crafts and reverse-engineered alien technology. Both admit that there are many different types of aliens some good some not so good and each seem to have an agenda. It also appears they brought their beliefs with them and have transferred their beliefs to humans who have taken these beliefs and modified them for our own beliefs. We will revisit the former KGB agent that was the head of all Russian Alien encounters and review the evidence. What we do know for sure we are not alone and never have been.
