Navigating running injuries can be FRUSTRATING.

It can feel like an endless loop.

1. You start to feel better.

2. You try running again.

3. You get injured AGAIN after a few weeks.

Don’t underestimate life stressors. We tend to underestimate this, but it will impact the way you adapt and recover.
