PART 6: How to use the @DailyGrindPlanner reflection pages (past week & past month) to build UNSTOPPABLE momentum!
Welcome to the FINAL part of our Daily Grind Planning Series! Today, weâre answering one of the biggest questionsððŸhow to actually use the reflection pages to track daily effort and see real growth!
Here is my exact step-by-step system for reviewing my week (and my month):
1ïžâ£ Rank My Goals (1â10): I flip back through my daily pages and rank my 10 goals based on where I put the most time and energy.
2ïžâ£ The Yes/No Check: I alter my page with a quick "Yes/No" columnâYES for completed goals, and NO for goals where I made progress but still need a little more work.
3ïžâ£ Lessons & Wins: I note key thoughts or takeaways from the week and document 3 great things that happened (because we ALWAYS count our wins! ð).
4ïžâ£ Rate My Week (1 to 5): I scale how my week served me across 6 core areas: Growth & Progress, Habits & Consistency, Health & Self-Care, Happiness & Mood, Hobbies & Me Time, and Overall!
ð HOW TO USE THE PAST MONTH PAGE:
Doing these weekly check-ins makes filling out the Past Month Page SO easy! I use my weekly data to determine if I hit my monthly goals, document my biggest wins and lessons, rate the month overall, and choose the exact words that define my month!
