HOW I MAKE: an iced brown sugar shaken espresso ☕️🐻
My first cup of the day always has to be a hot one, but then I’ve been craving iced coffees recently. No prizes for guessing why. ☀️
Coffee machine: DeLonghi Stilosa Coffee Machine
Coffee used: Lavazza Crema E Gusto
Milk: Oatly Barista
Cup: Weck - actually bought for my sourdough starter, but came as a pair so I also use the spare for iced coffee!
Ice: The Ice Co Crushed Ice (I buy from Tesco)
I usually only add a teaspoon of brown sugar to mine - but add more if you like it sweeter. The vanilla bean paste is optional and fancy. But don’t skip the tiny pinch of salt as it helps balance the bitterness of the coffee! Enjoy!
