I bought and sold a $350,000 house without spending any of my own money.
I recently posted a video about how I spent my first paycheck. In the video, I discussed how I decided to use it for a real estate investment that seemed pretty lucrative at the time. It ended up working out really well for us, however I left out some crucial details in that video....Like, how we came up with $165,000 and how we paid the $85,000 in renovation/rehab costs. In this video, I wanted to clear everything up a little more and explain how we made $105,000 in 3 months by spending barely any money.
