Why are there harsher winters and summers in Southern Hemi-plane and milder in Northern ? Is it because the Sun's intensity is stronger when it's circular path is below the equator at a December. That is when the Sun has highest velocity, meaning that induced Eddy currents are stronger and so it's the Sun's heat. At June Sun has lowest velocity thus generating less heat. Bear in mind that there is electromagnetic induction because Sun is moving in a Earth's magnetic field ...
