Edit: I found out the next day that the driver didn't even get a ticket - ridiculous!
The crash is at 3:12 if you want to skip forward.

With all the little children on this street, it's a miracle he didn't hit any of the kids as he crashed into the pole then the car. The police did show up about 10 minutes later, along with several tow-trucks to remove the vehicles.

This neighborhood continues to go downhill each day after each month after each year.
